I blend Sex Therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support healing that’s gentle, powerful, and creates real change. Sessions often hold both depth and lightness , reflection and laughter, release and relief. All of it is welcome here.
